My best friend and I dined at the ever-so Instagrammable The Florist in Watford last weekend.
I’ve spoken about how great The Florist is before on my blog here and it’s all over Insta on my @watfordfoodiefinds account, as well as my main Instagram, @zoeyoliviablog.
If you haven’t heard of The Florist, their a chain of pink-themed Insta-worthy restaurants in the likes of Watford, Bristol, Liverpool and Chester. The food is incredible too, what’s not to love?
I have one right on my door-stop in Watford town. Well, it’s a ten minute train journey from where I moved to last June. I’ve also been to the one in Bristol.
This time round, we tried their vegan roasts and boy, oh, boy, were they gorgeous! We both had celeriac, mushroom and pearl barley wellington’s paired with a creamy cashew nut and porcini sauce, and roasties, carrots and leafy greens. Absolutely divine! I’d give their roasts a 10/10.
I also had the brownie for dessert and it was delish. Not as good as the roast, but still lovely.
Their cocktails are also fantastic! The Raspberry Rose Sour is sweet and delicious.
I’d highly recommend going on a Sunday for their roasts as they are superb. It may be a bit quieter if you go during the week though and the food is just as good! The hanging kebabs are lovely.
Why not treat your mum to a lovely meal at The Florist this Mother’s Day? Or go for a girly brunch? It’s worth visiting and booking in advance if you get the chance to go. To book click here.
