Well, it’s been an amazing and exciting few days! I got a new job as a Digital Campaign Marketing Manager (Paid Social) at a local Design and advertising agency that I’ve been following for years and years. I start this coming Monday!
I know I mentioned that I was going to go on a bit of a health and career break, but truthfully I was bored after just one week of being made redundant and well, I saw this amazing opportunity pop up on Linked In, so I just had to apply. I have that drive to do something new and exciting and yeah, this role will be great for me!
So, anyway, you’re here for the beauty brands I still love, ten years later. Let’s get into it!
Lush
Let’s start with LUSH. I have been blogging about LUSH products for as long as I can remember, gosh, maybe 10+ years?
Why I love them so much? They’re cruelty free, vegan and they make some incredible products. I used the YOG NOG shower gel in the shower this morning and it was divine. There products give me that, “wow I smell and feel amazing” feeling.

Secondly, another brand that I adore is LIZ EARLE! Especially her Cleanse and Polish cleanser! I’ve used it on and off for over ten years – it’s perfect for dry skin, like mine!
Estee Lauder
Another brand I love is Estee Lauder! I’ve been wearing Double Wear foundation for over ten years. It’s brilliant and the BEST foundation for my skin tone and type. I also loveee there skincare, Advanced Night Repair is hands down, one of the best serums out there!
NARS
NARS is another one of my faves! I love there eye-shadow palettes and there blushers! I’ve tried there foundations and it wasn’t love at first wear, but they are really good.
Gariner
Lastly, Garnier! Garnier is a well-known brand but they do incredible and affordable skin-care and hair-care products! I just had to mention them as they’re possibly my all time favourite high-street brand!

I have a love hate relationship with Lush at times but I adore the scent of Snow Fairy but will never forgive them for getting rid of The Comforter Shower gel which was my favourite x

Omg, LUSH brings back MEMORIEEES! I remember walking through the city and 100 feet before and after the LUSH store it would smell soo intense! Every time I went shopping with friends, we’d smell it and it felt so familiar!

I freaking LOVE Lush! Their products smell so good and I love that they’re cruelty-free. A few brands I’ve been using for years are Ren Skincare, Moroccanoil, and Tarte! I can’t get enough of their products!
