Van Gough Alive

On Sunday Joe and I ventured into London. We had a buyagift voucher for all you can eat tapas sushi at Inamo and tickets to Van Gough Alive.

The exhibition is on until the 26th September 2021, so if you want to see it, I would book tickets as soon as possible! It’s located in Kensington Gardens opposite the Royal Albert Hall.

Let’s talk about the exhibition shall we… Van Gough is a legend in the artistic world. I didn’t know much about the painter until I watched a 30-minute art installation which covered the entire main room. It was really interesting learning about his life, mental state and his gorgeous paintings.

After the art installation, you could head to the ‘sunflower room’, a room with plastic sunflowers which I had seen all over the gram. It was super busy so hard to get a good photo, but we managed to get one snap.

Overall, I wouldn’t say this is the best exhibition I’ve ever experienced but I’m glad that we went and saw it. We had fun taking copious amounts of photo’s!

You can buy tickets here!

Have you been to Van Gough Alive – what are your thoughts?

If you get the chance to, please do! You definitely see the art work in a different light and I’m not a huge Van Gough fan but I really enjoyed it. Thank you Heather, hope you had a good one x
