Top 3 Autumn Lipsticks For Fair Skin

Autumn is my favourite season of the year, it’s when the purple-berry lipsticks come out to play.

So today I’m coming at ya with my top three lipsticks for Autumn, for my fellow pale ladies.

Let’s delve straight in shall we…

Charlotte Tilbury’s Kiss Chase.

Kiss Chase is part of the K.I.S.S.I.N.G range! It’s limited edition so they no longer sadly sell it, sorry guys. But I thought I’d mention it anyway as I’ve been wearing it non-stop this Autumn.

Charlotte describes this shade as a ‘tawny berry hue’ which I agree with. And is curated to suit any skin-tone, not just us pale ladies.

The formula is also enriched with Charlotte’s secret ‘tree extract’ which is an anti-oxidant that naturally protects lips from UV damage and external pollution leaving your lips cashmere soft and adds moisture to the lips.

It reminds me of MAC’s Plumful a little bit – which also suits near enough every skin-tone. So if you are looking for an alternative, I would highly recommend Plumful. And, if you’re interested, I have a blog post about it as well, click here.

MAC Syrup

At £17.50 a pop they ain’t cheap, but there is something about MAC lipsticks that are cult classics and you know you’ll never been disappointed with them!

Syrup is the perfect sheer pink-plum tone – great for every day wear and an awesome autumnal shade that matches with my faux ginger locks. It’s a lustre finish which means it’s sheer on the lips, almost like a balm-y texture.

MAC describe Syrup as a ‘cloudy pink’, and, it looks absolutely beautiful on the lips.

MAC Craving

And last but by no means least, my last favourite autumnal lippy is MAC’s Craving. A gorgeous pinky-plum hue that looks stunning on the lips. I’m forever getting compliments whenever I wear this one.

Craving is an amplified finish – my favourite MAC formulas. Super moisturising and comfortable to wear on the lips.

Out of the bunch this one is the most pigmented and opaque and has that ‘wow factor’. The colour is absolutely gorgeous, incredibly similar to ‘Kiss Chase’. The only difference is Craving is more pigmented.

I really like the colour of syrup! Even though I am actually on the search for the perfect red so I am trying not to get distracted and buy my usual nude-pinky onesXD

Mac Craving is such a gorgeous shade! In the Winter I can go extremely pale and sometimes find it so difficult to find lipsticks that don’t totally wash you out/look grey. I love all the warm berry/red tones of these! xx
