Let’s talk about my holy grail foundation, Estee Lauder’s Double Wear. The creme de la creme of all foundations. I’ve used Double Wear for about eight years now and it’s the one I always go back to.
First off, the coverage is amazing – it’s medium to heavy. And, a little really does go a long way! Secondly, I love the finish – it looks so smooth and flawless on the skin. Lastly, it’s the perfect colour match for my alabaster/fair skin.
The only thing I can fault Double Wear on is the flash back in photo’s (white ghostly face). However, I know that it has SPF in the formula which causes the flash back. And, SPF is amazing – you need to wear it every single day to prevent sun damage and wrinkles appearing.
Double Wear lives up to being one of the best foundations on the market today, because of it’s flawless finish, it’s longevity and colour matching bases. It also helps to cover up any blemishes really well – without using any concealer.
It’s hands down the best foundation I’ve ever tried in my life, and that’s a bold statement from me. I will continue to buy Double Wear for years and years to come as it’s the one. My perfect match.
LOVE this foundation so much! I actually need to repurchase very soon as I use mine everyday, so you can understand how quickly I go through bottles!

Can I ask what shade you use please? I’m a similar skin tone to you but feel I always get matched with a shade that’s too dark/orange! X
