Another beauty post, we’re on a roll people! Today’s topic is discussing the best of the best pillow sprays.
I’ve been using pillow sprays for yonks, there is something incredibly satisfying and it gives you that super-cosy-feeling when you spritz your pillow and bedding before you snuggle up and get some deep rest.
Also, if you know someone who struggles with sleep or who has been struggling with insomnia, pillow mists are lovely gifts as Christmas presents.
Any who, I alternate the pillow sprays I use, however I have narrowed it down to three firm favourites that I keep on re-purchasing. NEOM, Cowshed, Sunday Riley are the best ones in my opinion! However, I do also like Lush’s Sleepy Spray and Bramley have a lovely one too.
NEOM’s Perfect Night’s Sleep Pillow Mist
It’s really hard to pick an absolute favourite out of the three pictured, however, I probably use NEOM’s ‘Perfect Night’s Sleep‘ pillow mist the most. This pillow mist is formulated with 14 of the most dreamy essential oils including lavender, chamomile & patchouli. It’s very tranquil and I always get a well-rested night’s sleep when I use this.
Sunday Riley’s Slumber Party Restful Sleep Pillow Spray
I did go through a phase of just using Sunday Riley’s Slumber Party Restful Sleep Pillow Spray for a really long time. Which is made with lemon verbena, vetiver, lavender and petit grain neroli. This gorgeously scented pillow mist will effortlessly rebalance and calm your mind to help you drift off with ease.
I bought my grandad the Sunday Riley Pillow Mist for Christmas a couple of years ago and it was helping him nod off immediately as he was struggling with sleep. And, I love this one – I haven’t been able to re-purchase it as it’s always sold out though!
Cowshed’s Calming Pillow Mist
Last but by no means least is Cowshed’s Calming Pillow Mist. I adore Cowshed as a brand and I love their beauty salon near Primrose Hill in London. Any who, their pillow mist is amazing! I love love love the scent of this. Blended with Melissa and Lemon Myrtle essential oils which can help relieve tension and stress. It’s dreamy!

These pillow sprays do help me sleep really well, on top of an indulgent skincare routine and a steamy hot bath or shower right before bed.
I have never tried a pillow spray before, I may have to invest!

I’ve tried This Works, may have to give REN a go. xx
This roundup was excellent! My wind-down ritual now includes pillow sprays as well because of their soothing scent, which signals to your brain that it’s time to unwind. While NEOM and Cowshed have always been my favorites, I’ve also been researching more subtle, conscientious brands that focus on calming blends.
For anyone searching for a mild, scent-based method of relaxation, I recently came upon this lovely collection: raavda.com. Their approach to scent and stress relief is exquisitely straightforward and calming.
This was a really cozy read, and I appreciate you sharing your favorite books!
