Warmer days, BBQ season, a spa break, healthy eating (for the most part), Wimbledon, the women’s Euro’s and exploring parts of London. July you have been lovely!
If you live in the UK, you would have experienced the heatwave we had – it was a scorcher! I am enjoying the warmer days, it’s making me feel happier and I’m exercising more and more! I’m on a mission to lose 5 stone, it may take me a while, however, I’m determined this time round. The Glucose Goddess on Instagram has been a big help!
Secondly, Wimbledon was really entertaining this year, the likes of Norrie getting through as well as other British tennis planners.
Joe and I had a date day in London where we dined at Circolo Popolare and had cocktails at London Cocktail Trading Club afterwards. It was a gorgeous day – the food was incred, the sun was shining, and the drinks were delish.
Signing up to Freddie’s Flowers where I get a stunning bouquet fortnightly.
We also had a spa break at Champneys, Forest Mere which was heavenly! I may do a honest review of our time there if you’re interested?!

I binge watched Modern Love season 1 & halfway through season 2. So many TV series to catch up on, but just struggling to find the time.
I’ve also been loving the women’s Euro’s! It’s been SO good! Can’t believe England are through to the final. I really want tickets to go see them play, but think it’s sold out *cry*.
Senior Year was also a good watch on Netflix – featuring Rebel Wilson.
