Joe and I love eating out in London! We had a four day weekend recently and ate and drank till our hearts were content.
I wanted to share those places with you all. As we went to some truly beautiful and Instagrammable restaurants.
Just off Tottenham Court road is the beautiful Dalloway Terrace, I’ve been dying to go here for ages! The decor changes every season and I’d love to go when it’s Autumn again. Any who, Joe and indulged in afternoon tea for just £35 per person. Really affordable compared to some of the afternoon teas we’ve been to in London.
I have to say the scones and the lemon drizzle cake were my favourites! Although saying that, it was all rather tasty.
Another cafe I’ve been meaning to check out is Feya. It’s the Instagrammer’s dream! Tucked away behind Selfridges is where you’ll find this gorgeous cafe.
Joe and I had a black forest chocolate cake to share, t’was super pricey £7.50 for a cake! And tea was £4.50, however it was delicious and presented beautifully!
Joe’s sister bought us a Virgin Experience voucher last Christmas that we just got round to using. It was originally for afternoon tea but sadly it was no longer available, so I swapped it for a two course lunch at a 5* restaurant called Roseate House which is located near Paddington.
Joe ordered a truffle lasagna and I had the turkey Christmas lunch. We then ordered sticky toffee puddings with rum and raisin ice cream. Absolutely divine!
I’ve been to a few Honest Burgers before and loved it. While we were around the Selfridges area, we popped in.
We both had the Christmas special burgers, however Joe’s was vegan. They both tasted incredible and the rosemary fries complemented the dish rather well.
So, there’s four restaurants to try in London if you’re in the area! Dalloway Terrace was my fave out of the bunch. But Honest Burger came in at a close second.
What’s your favourite restaurants in London? I’d love to know so I can check them out. Leave your suggestions in the comments below.
